Shipping Policy
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed. You cannot change your order after it has been placed so please check that everything is correct before submitting your order.
There is a 7-10 business day TAT for apparel and blankets. This does not include how long it takes to arrive to you once your order is shipped.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items(s).
We are not responsible for the loss of your packages.
Should any issues arise, please contact the shipping provider your package was shipped through such as USPS, FedEx or UPS for assistance.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your item has been dropped off at the courier facility.
If your package is returned to us because of incorrect information such as the address you provided or if you were not home to receive it, we can ship your package back to you, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that some shipped labels do not get scanned until out for delivery.
We cannot change the shipping address once your order is placed, before placing your order please double check that the address to ship to is correct.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to failure to pay duties, taxes, or other customs issues, it may be returned to us. We are not responsible for any charges incurred during the return process. We can ship your package back to you, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Estimated delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
